Zero Out Social Privacy Policy

Zero Out Social is designed to store game information with privacy in mind.
Data You Provide
You may provide:
- player names
- optional player photos
- game names, rounds, scores, and reactions
- optional Sign in with Apple identity details used for account linking
How Data Is Used
Your data is used:
- to run core app features such as scoring, stats, invites, and shared game updates
- to identify players and sync invited game activity
- to improve reliability through in-app diagnostic and sync status information
Storage and Sync
- Data is stored locally on your device using Core Data
- Shared and social data uses Apple CloudKit and your iCloud account
- CloudKit data is handled through Apple infrastructure
Data Sharing
- Shared stats are intended for accepted connections when stats sharing is enabled
- Shared game data is distributed through Apple CloudKit sharing flows for invited participants
- In the current version, an authenticated iCloud user who receives a game share link may be able to open that shared game
- Zero Out Social does not sell personal data
- Zero Out Social does not use third-party ad networks
Analytics and Tracking
- No third-party analytics SDKs are used
- No cross-app tracking is used for advertising
Your Controls
You can:
- edit or delete players and game records in the app
- remove optional player photos
- turn
Share Profile Name on or off
- turn
Share Stats With Connections on or off
- disable iCloud at the device or account level, which may affect sync features
Data Retention
- Data is retained until deleted by the user
- Deleting app data locally removes local records
- CloudKit retention behavior follows Apple account and CloudKit rules
Children
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children outside user-entered game profile details.
